What brands of systems do you install?

We are an American Standard authorized dealer, but we do offer other makes and models.

How often should I have my unit serviced?

It is recommended to have your cooling system serviced in the spring and your heating system serviced in the fall. This can help identify and resolve any issues.

Do you off financing?

We use Mountain America Credit Union and have different options available.

How often should I replace my filters?

It is recommended you replace your filters every 3 months. If you have a family member with allergies or breathing problems, then we suggest every 45-60 days.

Should a thermostat be set to "auto" or "on"?

The most used and efficient setting is auto. This way the fan only operates when the temperature requires it.

Do you offer yearly maintenance service agreements?

Yes, we do offer yearly maintenance agreements in which you pay one price for the whole year. This ensures your unit will be serviced in the spring for cooling and in the fall for heating.

Would a programmable thermostat save money?

Yes, These thermostats adjust the temperature throughout the day saving you as much as 33% on heating and between 15% and 25% on cooling.
